Step 1: Registeration

Fill out the online Registration Form and click send.

Step 2: Provide Identification

After you receive a confirmation email from us confirming that we have received your registration form, send us a scanned copy of the Biographic Page of your passport.

Step 3: Pay the Fee

After all the required items are received by VIC, we will send you an email with an invoice.

Payments can be made to VIC by any of the following:

C. Personal Cheque:

If you have a Canadian or US Bank Account, you can pay your fees by Personal Cheque

Step 4: Receive Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

VIC will send you a Letter of Acceptance (LOA).

* If you plan to apply for a Study Permit, you will need a LOA.

If you have requested Homestay Service from VIC, you will receive your Host Family Information before you leave your country.

If you have requested an Airport Pick-Up from VIC you must send your flight information to VIC two weeks prior to your arrival.

Step 5: Welcome to VIC!

You will be required to take a placement test and be given an orientation on your first day of school.
